Due to international interest in the AiR series, we must make customers aware of the different video standards used around the world. NTSC, in the US, Canada, Japan, and Central America PAL, in the UK, Western Europe, China, New Zealand, and Australia; however VCR converters are available in these countries which allow the playing of NTSC tapes. SECAM, in France, Eastern Europe, and Russia; however VCR converters are available in these countries which allow the playing of NTSC tapes. All AiR tapes are available in NTSC at the cost of $25.00US. To convert NTSC tapes to either PAL or SECAM, we must charge $35.00US for these special orders until further notice. Please specify which version you need if other than NTSC. AiR hopes to address this issue to better meet customer's needs in the near future.
