Fong, a native of the Republic of Singapore has a BA in Business from Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC and an MA from the University of Louisville and is currently an adjunct instructor at Bellarmine College in Louisville. In addition to more than 15 awards, he recently won the Best of Show for the 2001 Columbus Arts Festival and exhibited his work at the Smithsonian Arts Festival in 2002.
